Classification and Reduction of Kitchen Waste: Say NO to Food Waste

 

Food always comes first in people’s well-being. Food security is an important cornerstone of national stability and social harmony. It has become a social consensus to be against food waste and launch the “eat-it-up” campaign. In recent days, Dongcheng District Bureau of Urban Management Law Enforcement has, in conjunction with all sub-district offices across the district, worked on the classification and reduction of kitchen waste of restaurants, and advocated catering merchants to carry out “eat-it-up” campaign to jointly oppose food waste.
