The Mobilization Meeting of the Second "Catering in Dongcheng District" Gourmet and Culture Festival Held By the Commission of Commerce of Dongcheng District

  The second "Catering in Dongcheng District" Gourmet and Culture Festival will be initiated at Nanxincang on May 11. The Commission of Commerce of Dongcheng District held the mobilization meeting in the conference hall on the 5th floor of Bianyifang (Roast Duck) Mansion at 2:00 pm, May 4, with the attendance of over 100 catering enterprises.
  The activities of the Festival were issued on the meeting. Seven modules of activities will be gradually unfolded during the two-month long festival, including the Opening Ceremony, the Display and Sales of Special Food Month, the Display and Sales of Delicate Snacks Week, Yishiliu Spring-outing Appraisal, the Silk Road Impression Muslin Gourmet, the Competition of Catering Service and Skills and the Closing Ceremony.
  Liu Dongliang, the head of the catering committee of Dongcheng Commercial Union, call for all catering enterprises to promote sales during the Gourmet Festival, and provide consumers with exquisite, green and healthy food, at the same time he advocated all the catering enterprises not only actively participate in the gourmet Festival, but also promote their exquisite and newly created dishes for the prosperity of the catering market of Doncheng District.
  After reviewing the effects of the last gourmet festival, Meng Zhijun, the director of the Commission of Commerce of Dongcheng District, stressed that "Catering in Dongcheng" Gourmet Cultural Festival is an activity to build the brand of Dongcheng's catering industry, and hoped that each enterprise to constantly improve its food quality and service, to demonstrate its strengths through the platform of the festival, to promote its own characteristics and enterprise culture for the overall enhancement of Dongcheng District's catering industry.
