In the job fair were 3 areas of job negotiation, policy promotion and career guidance, which realized targeted assistance in different categories. Inside the job negotiation division, nearly 1,349 job vacancies were provided by 16 companies including Beijing Xiangjiang Dingfu Hotel, Beijing Pinlehui Tech Co., Ltd. and Beijing Shihe Property Management Co., Ltd. With nearly 100 types of work, the jobs covered customer managers, HR assistants, administrative jobs, marketing personnel and tally clerks among others. We tried to arrange with a focus on the real demand of the jobseekers to create a win-win situation for both parties. At the policy promotion division, backbone staff from Dongcheng Human Resources and Public Service Center came and introduced different employment assistance policies, competent offices, application procedures and other information. They helped the jobseekers and recruiting companies to know about and enjoy the benefits of the policies. At the career guidance division, besides one-on-one assistance, senior career trainers and their team also provided professional quality assessment, which helped the job seekers to accurately target the type of work they were good at and give full play to their advantages while avoiding shortcomings. In the activity, more than 200 pieces of promotion materials were handed out. 28 of the 150 job seekers made an initial employment agreement with the companies.

During the special activities held in the Employment Assistance Month, Human Resources and Public Service Center will focus closely on the employment demand of the people in need, and synergize district, sub-district and community efforts. Various forms of special as well as small scale job fairs will be held to provide targeted assistance to people with difficulty in finding jobs, unemployed young adults and migrant workers.
