“Snapshots by Citizens” APP Comes to Jianguomen Sub-District

"What are the reporting methods in Snapshots by Citizens? Please press the answer button." On December 14, at Jianguomen Sub-district Social Organization Service Center, the residents focused their eyes solely on the answer button, waiting to answer questions about the "Snapshots by Citizens" APP. The Grid-based Service Center of the Dongcheng District was holding the promotional activity with the theme "environmental protection by me with snapshots" for "Snapshots by Citizens" APP in Jianguomen Sub-district. More than 80 residents took part in the activity, and through interesting games, they learned to skillfully use this app.

Geng Xu, Chief of the Promotion Section of the Dongcheng Grid-based Service Management Center, attended the event and gave an opening speech. He said that with the online reporting function of the "Snapshots by Citizens" APP, environmental problems could be found out and dealt with in time. He also hoped that after the event, the residents could mobilize their connections to use the app, too. After the activity was officially started, Miao Kai, technician of the Dongcheng Grid-based Service Center, introduced how to install and use the APP. He also demonstrated in great detail how to register, log in, upload cases, check credits and use other functions. Li Zhaojun, grid-based service coordinator of Xizongbu Community, listened carefully, and consulted Miao Kai about his doubts and some specific operations of the APP after the activity; as a community grid-based service coordinator, Li must master this app. "If the residents find troubles in using this APP, I can help them," he said. For Qu Li, Building Service Station Assistant, this app was conducive to her daily work. "Not limited by time and place, the APP makes problem reporting timely and convenient. I will encourage other residents to use it." She said.

In addition to on-site illustration, the promotion staff also prepared interesting games such as prize-winning Q&A and Richman to deepen the residents' understanding of the APP.
