Dongcheng Grid-based Service Management Center/Public Service Center Implement the “1+1” Working Mode

Public Service Center has launched fast response system and implemented the “1+1” working mode from January 1, 2019. This move aims at implementing the work requirement from Secretary Cai Qi of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee to response to and handle the issues upon reporting. The working mode features 24-hour on duty with one staff working under the planned HR arrangement with one telephone operator. These efforts are made to ensure that the staff are there to answer the city/district two-level hotline, manage the system, and response to the reported issues. In particular, the municipal 12345 platform requires two-hour response to the reported issues. The Public Service Center has made timely response, and achieved to have someone manage the problems around the people with real efforts.
