Donghuamen Sub-district held Beijing Non-Emergency Hotline Work Meeting

  On the afternoon of February 19th, Donghuamen Sub-district Network Service Management Center held Beijing Non-Emergency Hotline Work Meeting. Representatives from City Management Office, People's Livelihood Security Office, Community Safety Office, Community Construction Office, Comprehensive Security Office, the First Team of Urban Management and Law Enforcement Bureau, Donghuamen Housing Administration Office, Pingfang Property Company, and 12 communities were prensent. A representative of the network center first of all reported the latest work requirements for Beijing non-emergency hotline administration and the case handling situation in January. All functional departments and 12 communities analyzed their own cases, discussed problems encountered during the handling, exchanged views on difficult cases, and predicted the cases that might occur in the near future. Director of the Administration Office Xiang Yu, and Deputy Director Su Yue discussed with the participants the case background, feedback and response, how to improve handling quality, case closing rate and satisfaction rate, and how to refine the handling process. Zhao Hongsong, Secretary of Donghuamen Sub-district Working Committee, finally required: (1) we must attach great importance to the guiding concepts of Beijing Sub-district Work Meeting, adjust the positioning in time, and be prepared in coordination and service administration; (2) we must enhance service-provision awareness, and try our best to win the understanding of the residents; (3) we must take a nail-pushing approach for repeated and difficult cases, and actively promote the working mechanism of "response as the resident requires". (4) we must take advantage of various measures regarding community mobilization and shared administration based on consultation, thus enhancing the residents' sense of gain and happiness and satisfaction rate.
