Half of Dongcheng enterprises completed the annual report

  First, strengthen organizational leadership. Specific work and responsibilities are assigned by issuing working programs and holding arrangement meetings. Actions are taken to analyze the experience, summarize the weakness, and gradually optimize various work initiatives. Second, strengthen publicity. Coverage of the publicity on annual reports is enhanced through the originally created "three-character couplet", self-made annual report publicity materials, official Weibo and WeChat accounts of the bureau, as well as publicity in densely populated places in the district, office buildings, LED screens in elevators. The visibility is thus enhanced among the society. Third, strengthen training. Efforts are made to guide business operators to release annual report for public opinion, and help the enterprises to master specific procedures through setting up annual report consultation and service platforms, organizing centralized trainings on annual report, and establishing a hotline for consultation. Fourth, strengthen reporting and supervision. It is required to summarize the experience by establishing the working mechanism of "weekly reporting, monthly summary, and quarterly inspection", and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the leadership. Up to now, more than 50% of Dongcheng enterprises have completed their annual reports, and the figure is 74.5% for individual businesses, which is higher than the same period last year.
