Promote the “Property Plus Grid” dual dispatch mechanism in “Instant Reaction to the Complaints” work for registered residential areas

In order to implement the requirements of the "Instant reaction to the complaints" work promotion meeting on property management, the District Grid Center and the District Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development synergized the dual dispatch work of "property plus grid" for registered residential areas on June 14,.

At the meeting, the District Grid Center and the District Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development synergized "Instant reaction to the complaints" work of the "12345" government service hotline and planned to promote the "Property plus Grid" dual dispatch mechanism on an all-round way based on horizontal to lateral grid system. On the one hand, we emphasized the rights and obligations of property companies as they are service subjects; on the other hand, we highlighted the major responsibility of industry authorities in public services.

Next, the district grid center will provide the relevant categories related to the demands of property enterprises in recent years to the District Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. District Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development will clarify the jurisdiction of each property company, make the list of service scope of each property company and specify the way each property company implements the plan. Then, the District Grid Center will improve the system according to the relevant information provided by the District Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and jointly promoted the "Property Plus Grid" dual dispatch mechanism in an orderly manner with the District Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development to speed up the resolution of appeals made by community owners.
