Dongcheng Industrial Park organized the 2019 Common Prosperity for Culture and Business in the East of the Forbidden City—Special Promotion Fair for Optimizing Business E

  On July 22, Dongcheng Industrial Park organized the 2019 Business Environment Optimization for Pushing High-quality Development in Dongcheng District-Special Promotion Fair for the Commercial Real Estate Economy under the theme of Common Prosperity for Culture and Business in the East of the Forbidden City. The special promotion fair was hosted by Zhang Lixin, member of the Standing Committee of CPC Dongcheng Committee and Vice Mayor of Dongcheng District. The event was attended by persons in charge from Dongcheng Development and Reform Commission, Dongcheng Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources Dongcheng Bureau, and Dongcheng Fire Prevention Station. They introduced the latest policy on the upgrading and improvement of commercial buildings, as well as procedures of completing formalities for working place planning and fire prevention. They also answered questions on common concerns regarding the upgrading of the buildings.

  The Management Committee of Dongcheng Industrial Park singed the Letter of Intent of Government-Enterprise Strategic Cooperation with Tianheng Plaza, Juran Plaza, and Yongwaicheng Project. This move aims at further expanding the piloting area of the quality and effectiveness improvement of commercial buildings. During his speech, Zhang Lixing stressed three points. First, optimize the industrial and spatial layout according to the regulatory planning of the core area. Actions should be taken to compile the new regulatory plan of the core area, make a partial adjustment to the original indicators and solicit comments from the enterprises. Second, promote high-quality development of the commercial buildings. Efforts should be made to enhance the quality of and investment in the buildings. Third, further optimize the business environment, and implement policies from the central government, Beijing Municipality, and the district. Relevant departments should help the enterprises to find solutions to solve concrete problems such as the medical services and education for the talents, thus providing a sound environment for the enterprises to thrive.
