Dongcheng District Visits and Communicates with Beijing Service Center for Citizen Hotlines

  Headed by Chen Xiansen, Deputy Mayor of Dongcheng District, a team of three people from Beijing Dongcheng District Grid-based Service Center visited Beijing Service Center for Citizen Hotlines on December 12 and communicated with the officials from the latter on prompt responding to complaints in 2020. At the meeting, Zhang Bo, Director of Beijing Service Center for Citizen Hotlines introduced the main work ideas of the center in 2020, saying that the work will be done when you gain a deeper understanding and lower your profile. He hoped that all units in Dongcheng District may ensure the smooth acceptance, transfer and handling of cases, hold the persons concerned accountable, and adopt effective rectification measures.

  Chen said that Dongcheng District will maintain a close business connection with Beijing Service Center for Citizen Hotlines, turn prompt responding to complaints into a normal mechanism, provide full cooperation and guarantee and ensure that all work is carried out steadily.
