A Sacrificial Trip to Temples and Altars
  Tour Itinerary: the Working People’s Cultural Palace→Zhongshan Park→Pudu Temple→ the Temple of Earth→Xuxiangzhai Restaurant(vegetarian lunch)→Confucius Temple→Yonghegong Lama Temple →Dong Tang (East Church)→Zhihua Temple→ Beijing Night Show.

  Activities: In the morning, a visit to the imperial sacrificial places, the Working People's Palace , also called the Supreme Ancestral Temple was the place for the imperial families of Ming and Qing Dynasties to sacrifice to their ancestors; Zhongshan Park, also called the Altar of Land and Grain, was the place for the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties to sacrifice to the Land and Grain; the Temple of Earth was the place for the emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties to sacrifice to the God of Earth; the main hall of Pudu Temple used to be the Mansion of Prince Rui –Duo'ergun in Qing Dynasty, which is grand and magnificent after a recent renovation. Launch is at Xuxiangzhai Restaurant to taste vegetarian foods. In the afternoon, a trip to Confucius Temple, the place to sacrifice to Confucius, an ancient Chinese sage; and then to the Yonghegong Lama Temple, the biggest temple for Tibetan Buddhism outside Tibet, also the mansion for Emperor Yongzheng as a prince before his enthronement; Dongtang (East Church), one of the four Catholic Church in Beijing; Zhihua Temple, a former family temple of a eunuch in Ming Dynasty, famous for its music of Buddhism. After dinner, Beijing Night Show is also recommendable, the Grand China dance with music and splendid attire, characterized with unique ethnic specialty, giving you the sense of China’s profound culture with long history.
