Royal Granary, this name may sound grand and noble, but, there stood an eatery for the common folks – ‘Harmony Canteen’.
Just like the meaning of the scroll outside the gate of the canteen -‘Simple dishes are cooked by master chef, among the common folks there is not a lack of skillful culinary’; ‘A big country is like a small dish, simple taste also is hidden in the royal household’. Fragrant and Spicy grilled fish teppanyaki, spicy-hot mini lobsters from Iceland, ancestral recipe-fragrant sauce pig ears, specialty furnace roast duck in which its recipe is a guarded secret. Each and every specialty dish of the canteen has its own uniqueness. The canteen has received praises from customers for its meticulously decorated dining environment, imitating the twentieth century green dado walls of the 70s, so reminiscent of the metal flask, slogans that were brushed onto walls in the past, the showing of ‘From Victory To Victory’ on the black and white TV screen. What a harmonious atmosphere, just like the slogan written on the wall – Harmony also means productivity.
